Confetti, Spring Bazaar is an outdoor celebration,  supporting a diverse and vibrant community of creativity and love. This is a free community event in the heart of downtown Biddeford, with a little something for everyone.

This is a juried event

Please understand that we can not accept all applicants We have limited space and consider each application carefully. Past participations does not guarantee future participation.

 

Accepting applications for:

Jewelry, sculpture, leather, fine art, vintage, oddities, wood working, glass, skin care, clothing, home decor, ceramics, pottery, photography, farmers, food and flowers.

 

Early Applications:

Open March 1- March 31. Early applicants  will receive a booth fee discount. Vendors must pay booth fee within two weeks of receiving acceptance notification. 

 

Early Application Booth Fee- $175

Booth Free after March 31st- $185

Nonprofit/ Community Table- Free

 

Please do not send payment until an acceptance letter has been received. 

 

No refunds will be issued if vendor cancels after May 1st.

Booth assignments will be sent out a couple weeks out from the event.

 

This is an outdoor event with the exceptions of inclement weather in which case the event will take place inside at 40 Main St, Pepperell Mill Building 13. In The Big Room. The final call will be made the week before the event. 

 

Vendors must provide, if needed, their own, tents, weights, tables, chairs, extension cords etc.

 

Spaces are 10x10 on pavement. 

 

Tents MUST be weighed down in case of wind. This is to protect yourself and others. Fly away tents can harm humans and damage goods. 

 

Electric hook up is available but may be limited.
