Calling on young creative minds to help design this year's Confetti’s Spring Bazaar T-shirts and tote bags. Capture the spirit of the Spring Bazaar, show off your artistic talent and win an art scholarship.

What is Confetti’s Spring Bazaar?
Confetti’s Spring Bazaar is an outdoor celebration that takes place in the heart of downtown Biddeford, supporting a diverse and vibrant community of creativity and love. This is a free community event with a little something for everyone.
Three finalists will be chosen and published in the events program and on social media. The first place design will be printed on Confetti’s Spring Bazaar T-shirt and tote bags and will receive a Biddeford Youth Arts Scholarship (BYAS) Fund. Tees and totes will be available for purchase at the Bazaar in June to help raise funds for the The BYAS Fund. BYAS Fund scholarship aims to remove financial barriers for children and youth eager to explore the arts in Biddeford, Maine.

Who Can Enter

Aspiring artists and designers must be 18 years or younger.

Must live or attend school in Biddeford, Maine

Design Specifications

Theme: Artists should incorporate this vibe into their design
“Spring time in Biddeford”

Original Work: All entries must be original, unpublished work produced for this contest. The use of third-party licensed materials or clipart is prohibited.

Color Limit: Designs must be limited to 4 colors.
Hint- Confetti’s brand colors are yellow and pink.

Mediums: Artists may use, digital mediums and physical mediums

Design Size: Designs must be vertical and no smaller than 8” x 10”.

Submission Guidelines & Deadlines

How to Enter: Physical art work may be dropped off at HOB, 205 Main St, Biddeford. Digital submissions, digitally produced or scanned work may be submitted as a jpeg file to confetti.craftshow@gmail.com with the subject line ‘Tee & Tote’

Voting & Prizes

Selection Process: Work will be chosen on overall design, color, cohesiveness and theme relevance. Top designs will be chosen by a jurying panel.

Prizes: Three finalists will be chosen and published in Confetti’s program and on social media. One design will be chosen to be printed on Confetti’s Spring Bazaar T-shirt and tote bags. Winner artist will receive a BYAS Fund Scholarship.

Usage Rights: By entering, participants give the organization consent to reproduce and use the designs royalty-free for merchandise sales or promotional materials.
